I, Nakookoo, hereby petition for my right to you, the Land Commissioners, for the house lot in Honolulu. This is how I acquired my right. I am my kane's heir, for Kapokini. It was done by the Governor and the Regent, and Kamai also is one who knows. My petition is to you the Commissioners. I am deprived.

I, Nakookoo, hereby agree that my house lot interest in Honolulu here which adjoins the lot of Kelewa, makai of the Palace be conveyed forever to my daughter, Kalakini, and her husband, Hanale /Henry/ St. John.
