For your information, O Land Commissioners: I have a claim for land in the Ahupua'a of Kalaupapa, Island of Molokai. It is a mo'o, named Kahuku, and it is in the 'ili of Kiokio. It lies from the sea to the pali bordering Kalae, and it is 33 fathoms wide. It is bounded on the west by Alahaka, and on the east by Inoaole. I received this mo'o when Kaneikapuahakea was the konohiki, and have held it through the successive konohiki tenures of Kaneikapuahakea, Kanaina, Heeia, Puaaloa, Kekua, Kupu, and Kanakaole.
