Piimanu's land section which I had filed with the land officers in 1846, in this number had been from me. This piece of property the boundaries of which are given above was a sale between us in 1848. I had received it from Pupaeaole in 1844 and he had obtained it from Daniel Oleloa be ....

Kao, wife of Piimanu - My husband, Piimanu, is deceased, I had been his wife and I am his heir. I am remarried at the time and we are living on my husband's property. I hereby return to the konohiki the land which is mentioned above and I shall cultivate that land under the konohiki just as it was done in the old kingdom. There has been an oversight, in that no claim had been filed.
