To the Land Commissioners: Here is my claim for land, four small lo`i and four small kula, at Puunui, an `ili of Honolulu. I also have a right as konohiki over this `ili, under M. Kekuanaoa. I have a long occupancy of these claims, in peace with no opposition from anyone. This pasture is from Kekuanaoa since the time he had first lived there in 1834, perhaps and he is still there now. No one has objected to his sections of land except for one pasture only.
