Greetings to you Richards and the Land Commissioners: I, Kalutini, am the one who has a claim to the house lot.

I hereby tell you of the truth of my interest from my makuakane, Ulili, who died. I inherited it and therefore I live at that place of which I am telling you, and in witness of it I will tell you from the beginning. When my makuas occupied this place, perhaps I was born and perhaps not, from from my childhood to my old age. My makuakane made this house lot with his own labor and no one objected from the ti ....

Kaiawa. sworn by the Word of God and stated, "This place is in Honolulu here.

Lehulehu's lot, Waikiki
Wahinealii's place, mauka
Kealohakane's lot, Ewa and
the beach is makai.

This place has been enclosed with three houses in it. I have an adobe and Kaula and Nahua both have grass huts. Keikinui has no house there, the houses are for us only."

Kekua and Kauaua will be summoned because they were absent today.
