Greetings to the Land Commissioners: We have a claim for a house lot in the Ahupua`a of Mapulehu on the Island of Molokai. We have worked on this house lot from ancient times and we have occupied it until the present. It is 90 fathoms by 17 fathoms and a yard in width.
We request you, if this claim is found valid, that it be awarded to us.

.... Tax Official, because Luha did not go to the po'alima labor days; Luha said "I have no kuleana to go to the po'alima work. Kamai said "He has some lo'is."
Decision: Luha should go to the po'alima work and would occupy this apana under the Konohiki.
Postponed until it can be seen.
