To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands, Greetings: I hereby state my claim for land and house at Kamaile, Waianae, Island of Oahu. It is bounded on the north by the land of Manu, on the east by the land of Ohule and the land of Kuheleloa and the land of Ohule /sic/ and the houses of Kalaluhi, on the west by Nakoalele and the land of Kanihoula and the land of Kealohi.

Land from Kamomokuahi at the time of Liliha and Hina his (Kaluoku) wife inherited upon his death. He had lived peacefully during his life time.

The konohiki is now demanding for this moo land saying that he, as a konohiki should place a new tenant here.

Kuheleloa, sworn, he has known in the same way as Keaiwa.
