Here is this claim of mine, a little lot in Lahaina, also 6 taroat Puehuehu ili of Lahili.

The Claimant produced his paper Survey that by the recent division of lands with the King. He was entitled to one half of the Ahupuaa of "Ahaino", on Molokai (See the Book in Mr. Young's office).

Kamaka, sworn, The Claimant has two pieces of kalo land each of 3 lois in Puehaehuiki, Lahaina.

The Claimant received them from Puipui the luna of Puehuehuiki in 1837. His title to them has never been disputed.

The makai piece is bounded:
Mauka by Puipui's lot
Olowalu by the same
Makai by Kamilo's lot
Kaanapali by the Creek of Kauaula.

Kamaka, sworn, He has seen 2 sections at Puuhuehuiki which was from Puipui in 1837. No one has objected to these sections.

Here are the boundaries:

Section 1 - Makai land.
Mauka and Olowalu by Puipui's land
Makai by Kaniho's land
Kaanapali by Kauaula stream,

Section 2 - Land in Upland.
Mauka and all around by Puipui's land.
