I, the one whose name is below, hereby state to you, the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles, my claim for some kihapais of lo`is in the `ili of Pepeiaoloa on the Island of Molokai. Their length is 15 fathoms by 8 fathoms. I received them from Pihi, and have occupied them for three years. Helehewa is the present konohiki.

Keawe has a claim, which was from Pihi, it was opposed in 1840. Keawe has two sections, but the entire ili was from Hulu, no objections.
