Kahuwa and Halaula. The two Ahupua`as in Kohala were from Kamehameha I to Keumoku /Keeaumoku/, from him to Namahana, from her to Kaahumanu, and from her to Kuakini, from him to Victoria Kamamalu, and from her to Kekuanaoa, and from him to me.

Iole is an Ahupua`a from Kamehameha II to Kuakini, from him to Leleiohoku, and from him to me.

3. Kukui is an ili at Kahuwa, from ....

Claim 2 - In the ahupuaa at Holaula are the ili lands Pohokukui, Waioopahu and Kiaa, also the overseer of the ahupuaa under Victoria.

Claim 3 - In the ahupuaa of Iole 2 are the ili lands Lahoku, Waikupanaho and Pahee. The subjects have claims in these dry pasture ili. Some of these ili lands are from my father, the ili at Iole is from Leleiohoku and no one has objected.
