Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claim for land in the `ili of Kalia in Waikiki, Kona, Oahu, with two lo`i, one pond, one section of watercourse, ore parcel of kula and one house lot.

He received these sections of land from Kaluahinenui to his father, Kanoena, while Kaahumanu II was alive and Kekuaiwahia received them from his own father at the same time. He lived peacefully without objections to the present time. He did not enter a kuleana claim because of the opposition of the land owners at that time.
