For you information, O Land Commissioners, I have a claim in the Ahupua`a of Kalaupapa, Island of Molokai which is a mo`o, named Ohia, which is within Ohianui. It extends from the stream bounding Papaikai lo`i as far as to the pali. Its width is 50 fathoms. It is bounded on one side by Mikaai's land, and by Kanakaole's land on another side. I acquired this land when Kupu was the konohiki of Kalaupapa, when Kupu was dispossessed and Kanakaole was appointed, I still had this mo`o. The witn ....
