N.R. 187-189v2

.... their lease.

Pikanele, sworn by the Word of God, It is at Kelawea the place J.M. Steel is claiming. It is adjoining Ilikahi. Keawelua's interest was from me. He had told me to ask Kilepa and I did this. Kilepa gave me (land) and I gave it to Keaweluole. He leased it to J.M. Steel for $40.00 yearly. This is my knowledge.

Kauhi's lot is on the northwestern side
Kalena on the east
Ilikahi on the east and
Loinui is on the west side.

One of J.M. Steel's witnesses' (testimony) has been postponed until Keaweluaole is in agreement with the statements made in the lease.
