To the Land Commissioners: I am telling you two of my rights to a kuleana at Waikapu, which are as follows: Ohia, which I occupied thru Kalainohoino, at Waikapu. Kalainohoino died and I continued under Keeaumoku. However, Ohia was my first kuleana; its boundaries are: Kealia which has the Salt /pans?/ and the fishery and the kula, Kamaomao from the road to Kaumuku, from Kaumuku to Kihahale, - those are the boundaries of Ohia.
Here are some of my kuleanas which I tell of: Pilipili and Mokahelahela and Haanui. Haanui has the mountain just mauka of Waikapu; Pilipili has a little kula within the boundary wall.
There is some kula at Ohia within that land adjoining Kukul ....

.... of Kaumuhee and the open fields adjoining Wailuku and other pasture lands and several patches are in the enclosed lands in Waikapu at Ohia. Pilipili has some patches and a pasture in the enclosed property. Haanui has some patches and a pasture land, also the mountain of Waikapu is for Haanui. Makahelahela has an open field and Olohe contains some patches and a pasture. There are on the north end of the church some patches which Puupahoehoe had leased for liquor, a turtle and 40 goats. Fish and a shark also was a price for land. Haanui had objected and Puupahoehoe had admitted that the property was for Haanui.
