I have measured a cultivated kula. On the east is a pasture and the house lots are exactly in the middle; and there is also a cultivated kula on the west. They are combined in one measurement, from A to A, at Ninihuanui. The length is 258 fathoms from the beach to the base of the pali. The width is 77 fathoms. It was measured by Ohule who me ....

This claim was not received in 1845, and until 1850, Ohule had lived as a tenant. He has come from Niihau, he has no other claim.
