Hulimoku"s land was from the Konohiki in 1850, by an exchange sale, that is Hulimoku exchanged his claim for the Konohiki"s land claim and there has been no dispute to the present time.
Kaneuluohia, sworn, he has seen Kahulimoku"s claim in Waipake just as Pepeiao has related here and both have known in the same way.
