The Land Commissioners, greetings to you all: I hereby state my claim for land. I, Kaiahauna, a Hawaiian subject live at Kapakii, island of Kauai. On the west, the measurement is 45 fathoms, on the east, 100 fathoms. There are 6 loko, 4 kuakua and a kula. On the southeast side on the other bank of the muliwai, is a house lot. /It is at/ Eleele, through Wahineaea. Those are my claims for land, kula and house lot which were from Kupia and have been held through Kaulaloa.
