Greetings and peace to you, the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claim for a lot and land. The lot is 20 fathoms by 20 fathoms. The land claim is in the land of Lauka, the ili is Kumuniu. There are 7 mala and 1 kula. On the east is the ili of Kamalowiwi, on the north is a road, on the west is the ili of Kapohapoha, on the south is Kamomoku. Those are the boundaries of my land.
