.... ei and while Hoohei lived there, he built a fence for a house lot, built his house also and is still living there now. He had lived there before he went off to the battle of Kauai, and no one has objected to him.

This property is at Aki toward the mountain of the old road. He (Hoohei) has lived on these lots as long as the old road is old and no one has objected to him for these lots.
