To the Land Commissioners, Greetings to you all: I hereby state my claim for land in the `Ili of Kapuna, Ahupua`a of Waihee, District 6, Division 2, Island of Oahu. There are nine taro lo`i, one kula, three house sites, and one kula. It is a true right from the konohiki from the time of Kamehameha III. That is my petition on this 1st day of January, A.D. 1848, at Waihee, Koolaupoko.
