By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto THE HEIRS OF ANNA ISAACS (Deceased) for the consideration of Thirty and 00/100 Dollars, $30.00 paid into the Treasur ....

.... of which and the land in question exceeds eighty acres: Provided, That these prohibitions shall not apply to transfers or acquisitions by inheritance or between tenants in common. Any land in respect of which status of public land and may be recovered by the Territory or its successors in an action of ejectment or other appropriate proceedings.”
