By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Joseph Andrade for the consideration of Ten Hundred & Twenty-seven 18/100 Dollars $1027 18/100, paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale Dated January 10th, 1903, all of land situate at Lualualei, in the District of Waianae, Island of Oahu bounded and described as follows:
Lot No. 1, Homestead Map No. 41, Fifth Land District
Beginning at Government Survey Trig. Station Kawaopuu, as shown on Government Survey Registered ....
