By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto S.N. Castle Estate Limited for the consideration of one Dollars $1.00, paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of deeds to the Government of the Territory of Hawaii of lands situate in Honolulu, Island of Oahu required by the Territory from the S.N. Castle Estate Limited and John Ii Estate Limited, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. all of the land situate at Waikiki & Manoa Honolulu, in the District of Kona, Island of Oahu, bounded and described as follows:
1. Kapiolani Park Lots, 129, 1 ....
