By this Patent, the Government of the Republic of Hawaii, makes known to all men, that It has this day granted and given unto Ponahawai Coffee Company Limited, a Corporation duly Incorporated under the Laws of the Hawaiian Islands for the consideration of One Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Two 00/x ($1152 00/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer, and for the further consideration of Its having complied with the terms and conditions of an Agreement of Sale, dated February 14, 1896 made with Gardner K. Wilder, J.W. Jones, and others, under Section 24, of the Land Act of 1895, duly assigned to Ponahawai Coffee Company L ....

To have and to hold the above granted Land in Fee Simple, unto the said Ponahawai Coffee Company Limited, Its successors heirs and assigns forever.
