Barnard for the consideration of Four Hundred and Six ($4068 00/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer, and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale, dated February 13, 1895, all that piece of land situate at Laupahoehoe, in the District of North Hilo, Island of Hawaii and ....
