KALAKAUA, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands: By this His Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that he has for himself, his heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto Honolulu Sailor's Home Society a Corporation duly Incorporated by a Special Act of the Legislature , Approved on the 7th day May 1855 (Civil Code of 1859, Page 417), for the consideration of [left blank], paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Honolulu ....
