Kamehameha III, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given, absolutely, in Fee Simple unto Robert Crichton Wyllie, his faithful and loyally disposed subject for the consideration of Twenty Five Dollars, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that certain piece of Land situated at Kawananakoa, Nuuanu, in the Island of Oahu, and described as follows:
Commencing top of Large rock at the mauka East corner of Rosebank premises, and running
South 19° 15' East 2 Chains 11 1/2 feet along Rosebanks Lot to angle, thence
South 2° 45' West 1 Chain 45 feet to angle of wall by path, thence
South 15° 30' East 2 Chains 27 feet to large rock in wall angle, thence
South 30° 30' West 1 Chain 52 8/12 feet along Rosebank to William Patty's dwelling house lot, then offset right angle 11 11/12 feet to left to watercourse, the mauka East corner of William Patty's lot, thence
South 46° West 1 Chain along watercourse to angle, thence
South 82° 30' West 1 Chain 58 7/12 feet along watercourse to makai South corner of William Patty's Lot, then offset Right angles 6 7/12 feet to the right to the East corner of the C ....
