Kamehameha III, By the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent, makes known, unto all men, that he has for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given, absolutely, in Fee Simple unto Robert Crichton Wyllie his faithful and loyally disposed subject for the consideration of One Cent, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that certain piece of Land situated at Kaukahoka, Nuuanu, in the Island of Oahu, and described as follows:
Commencing at makai West corner of lot owned by C. Brewer & Co on South edge of stream at end of stone wall and running
North 78° East 2 Chains 30 11/12 feet along South edge of stream to North corner of bathing house, thence
North 59° 30' East 1 Chain 22 4/12 feet to South abutment of stream, thence
North 77° 30' East 3 Chains 13 2/12 feet along South edge of Stream to slight bend in it, thence
North 67° East 2 Chains 17 2/12 feet to bend on South edge of stream, thence
