O ka mea nona ka inoa mahalo. Ke nona aku nei imua ou East hooponopono ia na palena o Kuiloa he ili aina iloko iloko o Hanapepe Ahupuaa noa Kona Kauai.

Ua pili Keia ili aina ma na wahi a pau ia Hanapepe he Aina Lei Alii. East hana ia kau Hoopei i ka Manana au East hana ai ia Kealia, no ka ne a East hiki ehu ana kikahi o na Komisina o na Aina Lei Alii ia manana a East hai mai iau i ka manana East hana i a nau ia East laue aku i na koike imua ou East hooponopono ai na palena.

Thereupon appointed the 13th day of December A D 1870 for the hearing of said petition and caused notice to be served on the Crown Commissioners, also published Notice of Petition in Ke Au o Koa Newspaper.

1870, Kuiloa Boundary Neglected to be Entered

Decision rendered 13th Dec, A. D. 1870 Commencing at two small stones in the ground a short distance from a double stemmed pride of India tree, near the East bank of the Hanapepe river and following along the Eastern Bank of said Hanapepe river. Thence crossing a bank of Hanapepe river. Thence crossing the principal stream and running to the Eastern side of Waterlead, the Centre of which forms the boundary of this land. Thence following the said water lead to where it joins the Hanapepe river. Thence following the river to the sea. Thence crossing a sand spit and mouth of Hanapepe river to a rocky point overlooking the sea. Thence returning on the Eastern Bank of the River in all its windings and turnings to place of commencement.
