In the matter of the settlement of the boundaries of the land of Moakea, Island of Molokai.

Honolulu, September 27, 1902

Proper application having been made to me August 30, 1902 by A.M. Brown, Trustee of Estate of Maria King for the settlement of the boundaries of the land of Moakea, Island of Molokai.

After due notice in the P.C. Advertiser and Kuokoa newspapers and also notice in writing as far as known to the adjoining owners.

Hearing at Honolulu, September 27, 1902 at 10 a.m.

J.F. Brown appeared for A.M. Brown, Trustee of Estate of Maria King. No others interested appearing.

J.F. Brown filed a map and notes of survey of Moakea made by M.D. Monsarrat, surveyor and asked to have the boundaries settled according to said map and notes of survey.

M.D. Monsarrat stated that he had made the map and notes of survey of Moakea, Island of Molokai, presented by J.F. Brown from information of old kamaainas on the ground a ....
