Honolulu, 7th February 1851
To: R.F. Bickerton, Esquire, Commissioner of Boundaries for the Island of Oahu
J. Mott Smith, Edwin O Hall and Sandford B. Dole, Trustees of the Lunalilo Estate show that the Ahupuaa of Kaalaea of the Island of Oahu, was awarded to the Lunalilo Estate by Land Commission Award 8559B, Apana 33 by name and that the owners of the adjoining lands are the Hawaiian government, The Commissioners of the Crown Lands, the heirs of the late B.M. Parker of Kaneohe on said Island of Oahu, the owner or owners of the ili aina of Poea confirmed to Aikake his Royal Patent 5705, the owner or owners of the ili aina of Hanakea, confirmed to Kaniau by Royal Patent 361 and the owner or owners of Waiau and Waimano, Ewa.

Wherefore your petitioner prays for a settlement of the boundaries of the said Ahupuaa and that a day may be appointed when all parties interested may appear, and contest the same.

25. Thence along seashore to initial point; Traverse along the shore being as follows: 1. North 7° 40' West true 3538 feet; 2. North 28° 22' East true 1355 feet to initial point.
