Honorable F.S. Lyman, Commissioner of Boundaries for the Island of Hawaii

Will you please appoint some day for the hearing of the Matter concerning the boundaries of the lands of Auhaukeae 1st and Honokahau 1st, both in the District of North Kona, Hawaii. I herewith file with you the Maps and Surveys of said lands.

The lands on both sides of Auhaukeae 1st are almost all Royal Patents.

On the South side of Honokahau 1st is Honokahau 2d, a land not patented, but whose boundaries have, I believe, already been certified to. On the North side lies Kaloko belonging the Crown. I believe, and on the mountain is Keauhou belonging to Her Highness, Luka Keliikolani. A publication of the time set for this hearing would probably be best.
I remain, Yours, Humble Servant, H.N. Greenwell per D.H. Hitchcock, his attorney.
