The Land Commissioners, greetings: I hereby state my claim for land. I am the Konohiki on the land of Papaa, under Kauukualii and Daniela Oleloa. All the benefits which pertain to the Konohiki are those which I claim, with my Hakus /the ones who hold the land/. That is my statement.

Kealia by Konohiki pasture.
Kuheleloa had received this land as Konohiki of Papaa and he has had the land since 1848, to the present time without any problems. He has no claim at another locality.
Wi, sworn, he has seen Kuheleloa's land claim in Papaa just as he had heard in the statements made by Kalua. Title has been clear to the present.
