Greetings to you, Mr. Richards and Kaauwai:
Here is my explanation of my right to my lot at Pahoa. It was from my makuakane, Pauaa. I fenced the lot for the pigs only. The portion which I fenced was from Kahewahewanui. The lot was for me. Then Nalepu took me as konohiki of Pahoa to live under his authority. Here were his first words to me:"No Po`aha for me, no Po`alima is considered. You take revenue ....

Here is something else that had been passed by the court. The konohiki is responsible for the Friday (program) and for the tax of the property. This will be carried out by Moehauna and that is the decision which was passed.
