To the Board of Commissioners for Quieting Land Titles
The undersigned presents herewith the evidences of his title to the premises now in his occupation as a residence in Honolulu, consisting of four documents.
The evidences of his title to his country seat in the valley of Nuuanu consisting of nine documents.
And the evidence of his title to certain premises at Palama consisting of two documents.
All which he prays may be considered by the Board and conferred to him according to the rights which he is entitled to by the Laws.

First, the undersigned hereby acknowledges to have sold to Richard Ridley, carpenter, all those premises situate in the village of Honolulu in the Island of Wahao, in the street leading to the sugar mill, and bounded on the east by the street leading up to Messers French & Co.'s mansion; and on the west by a street leading to northward, dividing these premises from those occupied by Captain Adams; in considerat ....

5th and 6th. Two promissory notes at three and six months payable by Ridley to Robinson of 200$ cash and receipts by Robinson, purporting to be the purchase money of the aforenamed premises afterwards sold to Pelly and indorsed to him on said bills.

Claim No. 4, George Pelly, March 25th [1846]
James Robinson, deposed that there was one small spot that belonged to a man called Bob, the tailor, alias Robert Kilday occupied by him 23 or 24 years ago.
Witness stated that Mr. Pit verbally gave him the part where Mr. Pelly lives, and the adjacent one where R. Kilday lived.
The part which Bush occupies, being identical with the place where R. Kilday lived was then included, bounded upon the street leading from Mr. Jarves' to Mr. French's.
Witness stated that he worked for Mr. Pit.
Witness enclosed the land at the time, according to the present enclosure which surrounds it.
Witness occupied it 6 or 7 years after he got if from Mr. Pit. There were no natives on the land, nor had been for many years, when he sold the land to Ridley, at the date of the Bill of Sale.
