Concerning our lots at Olowalu. I am telling again of these lots of ours. These are very ancient lots from my wahine. The place was occupied perhaps one and a half years before the death of Kamehameha I, until this time. This land was separated for the konohiki and this is our own place which we ask for. We have combined with Maui, our representative and executor.
Lot 2. A certain lot is at the seashore, named Kaluaaha. The government road is on the north -- the deep sea on the south.< ....

.... and Kauhane had received from Keopuolani. This is an old ancestral land and was acquired in the year 1818. No one has objected to them for these lots of Kawailoa and Kamani.
Lot III. That land is between the lots of Kekapa and Maui and it is for Maui. Another lot, Kahuaka, is on the beach and this is for Z. Kaauwai. A lot which was for D. Malo was bought by Kaauwai is at Kamani. All of these lots have been enclosed and no one has objected to him.
