.... a, sworn, That was my place previously from Hoapili-kane who had asked Kanemaikou to give a place for me so Kanemaikou did give me that place, and I went to Hewahewa to buy my house there. We had lived together and when I became separated it (land) was acquired by this person here permanently in the year 1837. That is the end of what I have known.
