Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I, Kahalekapu, hereby state my claim in the land, for a mo`o under the konohiki, on the Island of Molokai in the Ahupua`a of Pelekunu. The name of my mo`o is Auhaunui. It consists of a house lot, as far as to the mountain, also a gobey fish stream, and areas for olona, aio* and bananas, as well as other places which are cultivated under the konohiki. That is my claim to you.
