Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my house lot claim, which is makai in the ahupua`a of Hianaloli 6. It is 167 1/6 fathoms /in circumference/.
My land claim is in the Ahupua`a of Auhaukeae 1, described as follows:
Pauku 1: in the middle of the kula, 252 fathoms by 25 fathoms.
Pauku 2: adjoins Kaluulu, 105 fathoms by 6 fathoms.

Kaiamakini's parents had fenced the place. Two houses for Kaiamakini there, he living there. Old land for his (Kaiamakini) parents at the time of Kamehameha I. No one had objected to him.
Kauahaawe, sworn, they (Kauahaawe and Opumomona) have known in the same way on every thing concerning Kaiamakinis land.
