Most of this lot was formerly idle land, and we occupied and fenced it completely, and have lived there until now.

Z. Kaauwai, sworn, He has seen this lot at Molakia, which had been from her (Kaunuohua) husband Kalauwalu. She preceded her husband in death in 1848 [contrary to documents above]. This land was acquired in 1837. Alexander Liholiho is the heir of this lot, no one has objected.

Mauka by Government road
Olowalu by Kaihihiwa's land
Makai by sea
Kaanapali by Kamana Pilipi's land.
