Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have a claim for a mo`o in the `ili of Kii in the Ahupua`a of Halawa, Ahupua`a. The mo`o on the makai side is for Kahui and the mo`o on the mauka side is for Pelehu.
I have occupied this mo`o from the time of /the konohiki/ Paia Two and I go to the po`alima labor days. The length of the mo`o is 81 fathoms and the width is 5 fathoms. I request that if this claim is found valid it be awarded to me.
