I, the one whose name is below, hereby state to you, the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles, that I have an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Kupeke by Island of Molokai, named Waioku. It is taro and kula land; the kula lies from the seashore to far up the mountain. The taro land is 50 fathoms by 20 fathoms. I received this land at the time that Kalohi was the konohiki.
