Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I, Nahoiha, on the Islaand of Molokai, have an `ili in Ahupua`a of Moanui. This name of this `ili is Waawaa. There are palis to the eastward and below /down-wind/, Kapalai is mauka and Makahuna is makai. It is 51 fathoms long by 10 fathoms wide, and this land has a kula. The konohikis during my occupancy have been Kapali, Pihana, Palemo and Kaai. The witnesses are Kaai, Naohia, Ihupuu, and Mulihele. Therefore, I have a claim on this l ....
