I, the one whose name is below, hereby state my claim for land to you, the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles. I have a lot which is in the Ahupua`a of Kamanoni on Molokai. Its circumference is 242 fathoms. It was given me by Kalohi; however, the crops are not growing yet, as this is the third year of occupancy and improvements. The house is not built.

Land from Kalohi at the time the tax assessor was living in Molokai in 1840, perhaps, undisputed claim to the present.
Agreed by both parties that Paakai has 2 acres and konohiki will have the remaining portion of the land.
