Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I have a claim in an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Pelekunu, Island of Molokai, named Papakea. It is 80 fathoms and 2 feet on the east, 30 fathoms on the west, 70 fathoms on the north, and 24 fathoms on the west /sic/.
This is taro land, which I have held from the time of Kamehameha III. This claim was given me by Kapuai, the new konohiki. I request that if this claim is found valid it be awarded to me. ....
