Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have a claim in an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Halawa on the Island of Molokai. It is a mo`o in the `ili of Keauhou and it is 133 fathoms long by 9 fathoms wide. A portion is kula and there are some taro lo`i also.
I have held this claim for a very long time and I have lived on and cultivated the land until this very time. Formerly I did po`alima labor but am exempt ....
