Polea, recalled, Kanaina disputed the claimants title as the heir of Hoapili. The claimants father built the stone house on this lot in 1837 and occupied it in peace to his death. His title is very ancient and Kanaina's claim a new one. Upon reflection, I think he disputed this title of claimant's father just before his death.
