Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I have some land in an 'ili in the Ahupua`a of Pelekunu on the Island of Molokai. Kanehe is its name, and it is bounded on the north by a po`alima, on the south by a po'alima, on the east by Ahalau, an `ili for Kawelo, on the west by a lo`i pa`ahao. The length is 56 fathoms and the width is 48 fathoms.
This is taro land, a kula portion, and a mountain olona area.
