To the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my claims for taro land and house lot on the island of Kauai in the `ili of Peekauai in Waimea. They have been held from the time of Kaaukualii until myself at this time, living there as shown on the diagram below:

If it is only for want of the survey, that the award is not given, then please let me know & I will survey it. I think no one will contest his claim.
