.... Nos 2 and 3 were given to claimant by Makaele in the time of Kamehameha I. No. 4 was given to him by Hale somewhere about the year 1829. Claimant has had uninterrupted possession of these lots up to this time.
George Naea, sworn, is Konohiki of Olowalu. Has heard the testimony of the former witness and admits the claim of Pipipi to be correct.
